She lays his hand over her palm as she looks it over while he speaks. Not that she can see anything through the gloves.
"Good," she says and runs a finger along the back of his hand. "I'd want a fair fight if I heard you threatening my brother again."
A warning and a promise. He's lucky she's even excusing the first threat.
