Delta takes the device and frowns down at it. "The interior circuits look too messed up. And here, there's a crack in the chip itself. There is no fixing this, not with all my tools. Plus the plastic covering is there to protect it from dust and shocking the person wearing it. I can't just buy a replacement one that fits him."
