"You don't have the complexion for neon orange. Ever," Delta informs him simply as he guides them to a rack of coats. "First things first, you want a coat. Warm. That's the most important thing. Everything else is just dressing. The coat gets you through the city. I suggest avoiding the big marshmellow ones."
