It's a rare day, one with clear skies and empty air, and everyone seems to be out and about, shopping and stopping in to various places of entertainment to make the most of it. Some people are even seen without their helmets, a risky behavior but one which they chose take the luxury of indulging in.

Today's curious though, for it's the day that Jimmy settles his newest acquisition into a basement room of the casino. The Transponser, a teleportation device, left to malfunction until the inventor who sold it to him can be located again, for yes, he's made himself scarce after this deception. Apparently getting money for his work was more attractive than perfecting the technology behind it.

In any case, it's a day for socializing and getting to know friends better and meet neighbors.

And somehow that results in stuff blowing up. The correlation has yet to be found though it's likely it's name is Caboose.

'Guess trouble just finds you then?'

"Like you wouldn't believe, York. Like you wouldn't believe."

'Man, that sucks. Hopefully you'll catch a break soon then.'

[grifshot]

Grif actually laughs at that.

"Yeah, like that'll ever happen. I don't know what I did but I know it's not ending anytime soon."

Karma's got it out for him as far as he's concerned.

'Well, at least you've survived it so far, right?' he says, unable to help but laugh along with him.

"I guess, yeah. That's actually surprising though."

Considering how many time he's come close to dying on a regular basis. He's given up on the quiet life.

'Well keep doing what you're doing then, I guess.' If it's kept him alive this long... can't be too bad of a tactic.

[grifshot]

"That's what I plan to do. Hey, look, I gotta go 'cause my friends'll be back soon. If you're ever on the edge town, feel free to stop by for a tune up or something."

'Thanks for the offer, I'll keep it in mind and maybe see you around some time,' he returns. 'Bye.'
