It's a rare day, one with clear skies and empty air, and everyone seems to be out and about, shopping and stopping in to various places of entertainment to make the most of it. Some people are even seen without their helmets, a risky behavior but one which they chose take the luxury of indulging in.

Today's curious though, for it's the day that Jimmy settles his newest acquisition into a basement room of the casino. The Transponser, a teleportation device, left to malfunction until the inventor who sold it to him can be located again, for yes, he's made himself scarce after this deception. Apparently getting money for his work was more attractive than perfecting the technology behind it.

In any case, it's a day for socializing and getting to know friends better and meet neighbors.

The guy scares Theta, and his brothers always come first. "You do that," he says, tightening his arm around Theta and quietly telling his little brother to call Delta.

Just in case.

Theta nods once and shuts off the mic in his helmet so anything he says won't be heard on the outside. Then he pulls Delta up on his HUD and sends a call out to him.

He's still hoping to find someone helpful, but this juncture has been a proverbial dead end, so he turns and decides to head a street over. Whatever happens next with the erstwhile AIs he just interacted with, he'll probably give them a wide berth.

Omega watches the man go, and waits for ninjas or whatever to pop out of the alleys. When they fail to appear to drag him and his brother off to some evil lair, he squeezes Theta's shoulder. "D still alive?"

Theta says goodbye to his other brother and assures him that they're fine before closing the line and turning his helmet mic back on.

'Yeah, he's fine,' he says, relaxing a little now the man's gone. 'Can we go now?'
