LOG: What You Get Folks
Who: Delta Ai (Native), Maine (Native), Omega Ai (Native)
What: Family bonding... with a middle man.
Where: Movie Theater at the Gulch Mall.
When: Saturday 8/23, Noon
Warnings: Delta and Omega don't get along.
It is easier, of course, to do this apart. But the problem is that things aren't that easy anymore. They are having a problem with a lot of this. Having problems with a lot of things lately. But Maine was helping, and Delta is furious that Omega even brought the man into it. This was his boyfriend, and Omega's friend. They didn't need him in the middle of their squabble. And Delta definitely didn't need him to be here. But here, in the end, is where they are.
Delta waits outside of the theater, trying to ignore how uncomfortable he is in the open, waiting. Waiting for Omega. Waiting for his meddling boyfriend. Waiting for... well, something. Anything that proves he's getting better. That it's getting better. That he's not completely ruined.

Sounds disgusting, but he doesn't have to drink it.

"Ready?" he asks. Ready for the movie, ready for whatever will happen next with Delta--at this point, it's all the same.

He hesitates. "What's the worst thing Delta knows you've done?"

He doesn't want to be specific about what he accused Delta of. Delta would kill him. Maine might.
"So I'm trying to judge how much grovelling I have to do."

The longer he talks with Delta about complicated issues like this, the worse it seems to get. Maybe Omega has the same problem.
"Don't give him a chance to find offense."
There. He's acknowledging that Delta isn't perfect, either.

Oops.

Well, there goes the method he intended to try.
"You sure?"

He shakes his head. "That's entirely independent of the issues Price left us with. He wanted so badly to keep us from telling anyone what he was doing."
One is a reasonable concern. One is not. Omega doesn't care about the difference, except for explaining to Maine.

Before Delta thinks they ran away to the Vegas quadrant and got hitched.
